Hypnotherapy is very similar to daydreaming; when we daydream we can take ourselves into a world of imagination, feelings, beliefs and expectations, exploring our thoughts and solving problems. You can not be made to do anything you do not want to do. Hypnosis is a form of pure relaxation, reducing stress levels and energising the body. Fees are £125 for a smoking cessation package. Please ask for a quotation for other treatments.
