Please try to attend on time for your appointments. We do appreciate that the local traffic may make this difficult and we will always try to deal with such delays as sympathetically as possible. On occasions however, it may be necessary to reappoint if insufficient time is available to deal with your treatment properly.

We will also try to see you on time, but similarly, problems sometimes arise which require longer to deal with. If you are kept waiting it is only because we are trying to do our best for someone; please be patient; if may be you that needs the extra time next time!

Failed Appointments Policy

1st Wasted appointment; reminder letter
2nd Wasted appointment; £15 fine; applies to all patients. No further appointments can be offered until this is paid.
3rd Wasted appointment; registration at this practice will be terminated.
